HOW WE WORK
Appointments are booked in two-hour arrival slots so tenants and occupiers can plan around the visit. Standard slots run 8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4 and 4-6. An engineer confirms an accurate arrival window on the day. For landlord CP12 work, certificates are issued on the day of inspection wherever the property passes without remedial work.
Emergency callouts run outside the standard slot system. Our 24/7 emergency line operates 365 days a year with an engineer on standby for gas and heating failures across Essex and East London. Where a commercial site is on a PPM contract, response times run to the agreed SLA.
